Upon Arrival-Type Visa C (Student Visa)

THINGS TO DO UPON ARRIVAL
The following activities are dedicated only to foreign students who hold Limited Stay Permit/Student Visa

On every weekday at office hours (Monday to Friday, 08hr-15hr) at MMUGM Building:
  1. Go to Office of International Affairs to meet Indah and Anda
  2. Get the locker key and get to know staffs at computer lab and library
  3. Prepare yourself to take a digital picture in a photolab. Please dress properly.
  4. Prepare the photo processing price IDR40,000
  5. Prepare your passport and its landing card (white paper you received prior to your landing)
  6. Fill in ‘KITAS’ (Limited Stay Permit Card) form from Indonesian Immigration Office (available)
  7. Prepare the KITAS fee IDR700,000 (subject to change)
  8. Go to Immigration Office or to Bureau of Cooperation UGM (t.b.a.)
  9. Go to District Police Office or to Bureau of Cooperation UGM
  10. Prepare the reporting fee (t.b.a.)
Business Fun Games
An icebreaking program to ease you get to know each other smoothly, get new friends, and adjust to new surroundings soon. You are recommended to put on casual or sporty wears (T-shirt and sneakers). We provide you with breaks and lunch for free.

Dress codes:

During class hours (07.00 am – 04.00 pm) or when you meet with the lecturers at the MMUGM building please dress properly. Male students put on ties and female students put on skirts or trousers with blouses or blazers. In other activities after the office hours such as group discussion meetings, you may wear casual dress but T-shirt, sandals, and short pants are not allowed for visiting library.
