Library
The Library and CD ROM is an open library and can be used by students and Gadjah Mada University alumni, which is electronically connected to the data/information network globally. Those who have access to the MM Program Library and CD ROM are MM students and faculty members, GMU staffs, GMU students, GMU alumni, and those outside GMU.

Auditorium
MMUGM provides students with several meeting rooms with suitable capacity. MM auditorium is main meeting room that can be used for general meeting, international seminar, and national seminar. This building is a well-designed room, with a capacity of 400 audiences and is equipped with multimedia tools.

Faculty Meeting Room
Faculty Meeting Room is one of meeting rooms that can be used for meeting with a capacity of 100 audiences. The faculty members can use faculty meeting room to conduct meeting, research activities and others in a favorable and cool environment.

Faculty Lounge
Social interaction and sense of belonging among the faculty member can be bloomed and flourished by faculty lounge in which student and lecturer can meet and communicate to each other in order to finish their tasks.

Praying Room
MMUGM put a very high respect on activities related to religious need. For Moslems, musholla can be founded on 1st, 2nd, and 5th without diminish respect on other religion consider that Moslems more often make a pray near their class.

Locker
Each student is granted a locker and can be used since the first semester to the end of the third semester. Students can have their own locker key at the third week of the first semester. This is to facilitate student to store their goods or book that is not in used at that time.

Volley Ball Field
Studying can be well conducted if every person is supported with good health. To accommodate student's talent and keep everyone healthy, MMUGM provides him or her with volleyball field. The faculty supports any volleyball event conducted either by student or by faculty member, particularly on Sunday morning. Volleyball field is made and designed to meet international standard for both its size and smoothness.

Student Clubs
Various activities, hobbies, and extracurricular could be aspirated through student organization. The clubs is fully managed by student and is expected to have a role as communication means between students and the faculty committee. Fourteen student clubs have been set up to be engaged in both academic and non-academic matters: Marketing Club, Finance Club, Human Resources Club, Strategic Club, e-Business Club, Golf Club, Basketball club, Badminton Club, Yoga Club, Newsletter, Smart Corner, Career Network Center and two religious students organizations. Members of these clubs are students with active interest in these spheres activities, which include discussions, talk shows, presentations, general lecturers, etc. In addition, Career and Network Center (CNC) is established to assist MMUGM graduates recruitment and to maintain relationship with companies in various industries by organized MMUGM Career Days. Some major local and multinational companies have participated on MMUGM Career Days, seeking for graduates to fulfill companies' needs for human resources.

Student Lounge
This lounge is equipped with two thunder-type billiard units for eight players and Amy Football Game. To comfort the students, this lounge is completed with twelve old ethnic chairs, and a set of sofa for six guests. Students also may sing along with the karaoke set on a small stage, equipped with video and VCD player. A mini bar or canteen is also available with choices of soft drinks and snacks with competitive prices. In addition, there are various MM souvenirs such as sticker, t-shirt, mug, key holder, etc.

Cafetaria
The MMUGM cafeteria located in the north part of the campus provides Indonesian, Chinese, and some other foods. This place is really an exciting place for having meal while making discussion since the restaurant open from morning until afternoon and has a capacity of 150 seats.

Garden and Parking Facility
As the best business educational institution in Indonesia, MM program has a landscape that comparable with those of MBA school abroad. The front and back landscape is made to give positive spirit for learning and discussion. Decorated with unique tropical vegetation, the garden becomes one preferable place for student to communicate each other. For those who drive or ride automobile or motorcycle, they would get a parking ID card given by very helpful security staff.

Student Housing
MMUGM also provides Student Housing for its students, other GMU postgraduate students and universities' guests. The seven-storied building with 160 rooms is located in Jl. Colombo, Yogyakarta. The rooms are designed in modern atmosphere, fully furnished, and equipped with supporting facilities.
