Requirements:
- Filling up application form.
- Submit each three copies of undergraduate diploma. Applicants must be graduate from an accredited college or university with minimum mark of B (by National Accreditation Body). Foreign graduates must submit a letter of explanation that declares the equivalence between their respective diploma and the Indonesian S1 level from Indonesian Directorate General of Higher Education.
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Copy of legalized academic transcript (3 copies).
- Recent photograph 4 x 6 (4 sheets) and 1 copy of citizenship card.
- Reference letter from academic advisor to fresh graduates, or from supervisor to working applicants. Reference letter forms are available at MMUGM.
- Part Time Class B require minimum 2 years of working experience and Part Time A Class require minimum 1 year of working experience.
- The amount of admission fee is Rp 750,000 and paid or transferred to MMUGM account in Bank MANDIRI Cabang UGM No. 137.0001037023 (copy of note of transferred fund must be attached to application form, or sent by facsimile). In note of transferred fund, please write: full name with undergraduate title, address and telephone number, and admissions for Full Time Class or Part Time Class.
- Minimum required scores to enroll Test of Academic Potential >= 500, Test of English Language >= 450, and the total of TAP + TOEFL >= 975.
